William S. Ketcham, M.D.
Dr. William S. Ketcham is the founder of Azalea Skin Treatment Center. Dr. Ketcham received his medical degree from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia. He completed his internal medicine residency at Bowman Gray School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC and his dermatology residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, KS.

Dr. Ketcham is married and has two grown children. He and his wife live in Cary. He enjoys golfing and carpentry.
Kristin Beal, PA-C
Kristin Beal, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant who graduated with a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Practice from Campbell University and completed her undergraduate study with a Bachelor of Exercise Science from Elon University. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants. In the time since graduation, she has been working in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology in North Carolina. Ms. Beal has a wide array of medical experience including emergency services, OB/GYN, and multiple years as a medical assistant in dermatology. Kristin is passionate about the health and aesthetics of all skin and is committed to building lasting relationships with her patients through assistance and education about skin disorders, skin cancer screenings, and cosmetic dermatology.
Kristin lives in her hometown of Raleigh with her husband and golden retriever. In her free time, she enjoys boating, gardening, vacationing to the beach and mountains, and perfecting her culinary skills.
Nicole Lindsey, PA-C
Nicole is originally from Ohio but has lived in North Carolina since 2007. She attended Ohio State University for her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training and went on to attend graduate school at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she obtained a Master’s in Health Education. Nicole worked as an Athletic Trainer until starting PA school in 2015. She attended Emory University where she obtained her Masters of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies; there she developed a newfound love of Dermatology.
Since graduating from PA school, Nicole has been working in Dermatology – she is passionate about managing chronic and new onset dermatological conditions as well as the prevention and treatment of skin cancers. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, baking and almost anything outdoors. Nicole lives in Cary, NC.
Shelley K. Bunting, NP
Shelley has been a nurse practitioner at Azalea Skin Treatment Center since November 2000, with the exception of a two-year hiatus where she worked as a school nurse and nurse practitioner in the public school system. Shelley graduated from the UNC Chapel Hill School of Nursing with a bachelor's degree in 1993 and a master's degree in 2000. Shelley enjoys helping patients and families learn about and manage their various skin conditions. She is also passionate about skin cancer prevention/screening through education and annual skin exams.

Shelley lives in Chapel Hill with her husband and two children. She enjoys traveling, spending time at Lake Gaston and hanging around the horse barn!
Lenore "Lee" Henry, LC, CMA
Lee has been with Azalea Skin Treatment Center since 2008. She is a Licensed Cosmetologist since 1984 and a graduate of Johnston Community College since 2007. She has an associate's in Applied Science and Certificate for Medical Assisting. She is also a member of the AAMA. She has completed the Aesthetics Training program from Glytone for Skin Rejuvenation, Chemical Peels and continued education on Product Knowledge.
When Lee is not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, gardening, and cooking.
